Project Description
The project consists of a group of towers and spaces with various uses: hotels, residential and commercial. It consists of two 5-star hotels, five residential towers, halls for ceremonial events, and conference halls. The main gate overlooks Ibrahim Al Khalil Street, where an eight-storey shopping center equipped with various facilities including shops, entertainment areas and restaurants is located. The project is distinguished by its different location and terrain, as part of it is located on mountains with heights reaching 90 meters. The architectural facades reflect modern and contemporary designs.
